Registration information
To register for the conference and for tutorials/workshops, please visit the registration form. After registration, you will receive by e-mail a personal link that can be used to update your registration at any time (e.g., to participate in tutorials or to add tickets for the social event). If you asked for a visa, you will also receive an email with further information.
Full conference registration (for regular and student attendees) includes the receipt of the conference material, access to all conference sessions, food and drinks during breaks and lunches from Monday till Wednesday, and the social activities (City Hall reception, social event in Flanders Fields, demo night).
One day conference registration (for regular and student attendees) includes the receipt of the conference material, access to all conference sessions of the chosen day only, food and drinks during breaks and lunches on the chosen day, the City Hall reception (if chosen Monday), demo night (if chosen Wednesday), but NOT the social event in Flanders Fields (on Tuesday). Participants paying the one day registration fee for Tuesday can by an entrance ticket for the social event at the reduced price of €60.
Tutorial and workshop registration includes access to all tutorials and workshops at the chosen day, food and drinks during breaks and lunches on the chosen day. If accompanied by a full conference registration, tutorial/workshop registration is half price.
People who need an invitation letter to apply for a visa should register first. if you indicate in your registration form that you need an invitation letter, you will automatically get all required information.

Each accepted paper will only be in the program if it is accompanied by a registration of an author. Authors can only register one paper. If you are presenting multiple papers, you can only register one and additional registrations have to be made by co-authors for the other papers.
Full conference papers are 6 pages. Up to two additional pages can be bought at €100 per page.
